EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINARY PROBLEM


As a HR personnel we have to make sure what issues we would

 consider as a disciplinary problems of an employee or employees 

before taking disciplinary actions.

 

Among 4 (four) major problems it could be considered. And these 

four topics are sub divided  into more topics.

 

Here tried to cover all topics. And then we would decide how or 

what procedure we should apply according to the severity of 

offense.
