Descriptions

 Coaches or Senior employees or mentors work with group members to develop skills and abilities to their teams as they will be able to operate interdependently and improve their job performance.

Coaches are involved in employees on the job training event.

Coaching of employees can occur at any level and can be most effective when two individuals do not have any type of reporting  relationship.
